Our therapists:

Mary Mikalson, MSSW Mary Mikalson is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and her Master of Science in Social Work Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her educational focus was in psychology and women’s studies. She has past clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings. For more than twenty years Mary has provided care for adults and adolescents at Sun Prairie Psychological Services. She helps people with a range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and problems with life transitions. Mary uses cognitive behavioral and cognitive emotive approaches to treatment combined with an emphasis on adequate support and stress management strategies. She also enjoys working with people who want to enhance personal growth and pursue fulfillment of their dreams. Mindy Haseleu, Psy.D. Dr. Mindy Haseleu is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults. She works with a variety of clinical issues including depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, self-esteem and stress management. Dr. Haseleu received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from UW-Madison. She received her doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles. Her degree emphasis area was Multicultural Community Clinical Psychology. Dr. Haseleu’s internship experiences during her graduate training were at The Gay and Lesbian Center, Twin Towers Correctional Facility, and the Employee Assistance Program of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Her post-graduate training occurred in the Watertown School District and Family Resources private practice. She joined Sun Prairie Psychological Services in 2008. Levy O’Brion, MS, LPC Levy enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults on a variety of problems related to anxiety, mood, behavior, trauma, life adjustment, stress, marriage and relationships in individual therapy settings. Levy employs various approaches including, mindfulness, cognitive, solution-focused, play, art and experiential therapies. He is interested in the Mind-Body-Spirit connection and practices yoga and meditation. Levy received his undergraduate degree at the UW-Madison and his master’s degree in Community Counseling at the UW-Whitewater. Levy has worked in behavioral health for over 20 years in a variety of settings including Briarpatch and Family Services and the UW Psychiatric Institute. Mary Eldridge, MSW, LCSW, CA Mary Eldridge (she/ella) works with adolescents and adults by providing individual therapy addressing a variety of concerns both in English and Spanish including folks with limited language proficiency. Some of the concerns Mary would love to assist individuals with are anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, trauma including sexual and domestic violence, social justice concerns and impact of oppression including that for BIPOC identifying individuals, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. Mary was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to the US back in 2008 when she started to pursue and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master of Social Work degree, both from The University of Iowa. Mary’s professional experience is primarily composed of working with individuals who have experienced sexual and domestic violence throughout their lifespan. Mary worked for The University of Iowa and most recently for The University of Wisconsin-Madison where she gained invaluable therapeutic experience. Mary’s approach incorporates a variety of treatment modalities and skills including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Intervention, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
